You wade into calm waters. The sand slides between your toes as your wade through the water. Swaying with the currents you stride forward. Light shimming off the tops of the waves, you run your hand across the surface of the water. Your footfall finds no ground. Peering into the water you are at the edge of an abyss. Breathing in deeply you dive into the water. Darkness encompasses you as you swim further down.
The water is cold. You wish you had stayed in shallow waters.

FruitlessThe wave washes over you. Submerged, you race to the surface. Gasping, you breathe deeply, choking on the water that fills your mouth. Looking back you see calmer waves. Fretful, you swim on. The water is colder, breathing harder. Your mind races, "why am I going out here?" Wave after wave crashes down, stroke after stroke you try to move forward. You don't even realize you're drowning. Fruitless

So yeah. I've not written anything in quite some time. It's hard to write while not being em or something. I'm still looking for a very specific photo and still not finding it. I know someone has had to have taken it somewhere otherwise I wouldn't be looking for it. You know what I mean, I look therefore it must exist.
